You could start with the stairway series on this site, they may be dated but give a good grounding.

I would agree the mobile experience is not good, 50 percent of the screen is given up to white space so answering any question is impossible when the TSQL spreads...

I have an SQL Agent job that checks the db owner and changes it to sa if it is anything else.
