Wrong Answer! I provided 3 and it skipped the first three rows as its 1-based. I just got Erasmo,0 and Brett,2 in my table.
So Answer should be 2.

Do it with Stored Procedure.... pass the table name and feild name as arguments.... I dont know what u really want and doesn't know when will u have tablename & feildname...

'xp_regread' doesnt have optional arguments to provide remote access..... u can run an remote SP by linking other server to ur server..... the linked server concept..... ohhhhh iam making it...

Sure u can use it....
for eg...
database_name.dbo.sp_GetEmployees will point to particular database Employee table...
i.e A.dbo.sp_GetEmployees -> point to A's Employee table...
I would add to other additional points...
1. Dont use 'sp_......'...
