spent the entire day searching the logic of this useless number; finally i got the logic...
first 3 is year offset, next goes months, days, hh:mm:ss:milli --- 2,2,2,2,3...

thanks for the question... i tried 8000 byte limitation with LEN function and even that throws an error.
Argument data type text is invalid for argument 1 of len function.
i guess...

i have executed the query on 2 different servers and for both of them i got the answer as 1,1...:(
