OK for anyone that enters thhis topic, i entered this link:

Thanks for the fast replys, i used both suggestions and both worked,
the diference is that sp_helptext gives me rows with fragments of code, and those look like a wall...

Hell yeah, for a simple execution for a single Store my old proc takes 14 seconds,
Your Proc takes 2 seconds ¬¬, plus less code XD.
