General problem is how SSRS renders HTML (not so good).
My suggestion is to set cell properties “can grow” to “no” and find right ratio between cell/row high and font size....

You can do that using export wizzard from Mamagement Studio. Also, wizard can create SSIS package. Doing that way it will be fast and clean 🙂

"Excel Destination" takes format from last row used. Preformating is possible using templates.
