Put a sp_renamedb statement in your kill script to prevent app or user log right back in when you perform the kill action in master db.

Put it in a Postal scenario, TCP is like 'registered mail with a return receipt' and UDP is like 'regular mail' which doesn't guarentee dilivery.

What do you mean by 'putting them in the same driver than serverA'?
Restoring all system databases should work, but may not be as reliable.
