Yes, it worked after I copied the findvendparseaddr.DLL to the GAC.

I did run the WMI uility and here's the output of that:

After digging though the Log file, I think I have got the real error.
Error number 2679: Custom Action Do_WMISecurity.D20239D7_E87C_40C9_9837_E70B8D4882C2 did not close 1 MSIHANDLEs.
