When you try to restore SQL1 backup in SQL2 server by default the mdf and ldf file locations 'll point towards SQL1 server's data file and log file location....

In this scenario you can select the tables in which data is not transfered & clear the checkbox for ENFORCE RELATIONSHIP FOR INSERTS AND UPDATES
