have you found out anymore information? we have access to SSAS and qlikview and i am trying to figure out what the differences between the 2 are really.

why can't you just put
Dataset2:
Select *
from MyTable
Where Period = @EndPeriod;
?

in your datasets say for eg
select * from this where this is in (@parametername)
if you want more help, i think you need to give more details.

ok have you got the multi valued tick box checked in your parameters, cos that would cos you to have many dates.

what i mean is, have you deployed other reports before? has anyone else? ones that have worked, if so are you deploying to the same url as them....

Ive had that problem before, everytime i deployed the login box would pop up and it was because i had the incorrect URL typed in to deploy too..
