I am having a similar issue   My problem is one of the drives that the TEMPDB files are located on did not fail over to NODE 2

Getting further along.

I created a new Lun and added to the SQL Cluster

Now I need help moving the TEMPDB to the new LUN 

Close this self resolved

changed to use the ip address of the cluster name and now working.

I found one of my SQL Disks are not working when I fail over to Node 2 and that's why SQL instance does not work.

I had to install SQLNCLI11  on the Exch and I had to change the SQL Server Authentication Mode to MIXED

Now I can connect.
