My DB is in Production ,1.4 TB in size .DBCC shrinkfile to another file group would be work but i wonder how long this will take for the 1.4 Tb

My tempDB is actually on C drive  which i think is very wrong.Unfortunately there is only 2 drives  C and D( data drive).Is it better to move tempDB to data...
