I mapped testUser to master database then execute GRANT command, it completed successfully.

Then I try to execute

QUERY: USE master;

EXEC sp_xp_cmdshell_proxy_account 'testUser', 'Asdf1234'

RESULT: Msg 15137, Level 16, State 1,...
