Simple recovery model.
when the job 'Agent history clean up: distribution’ is executing the log file is growing rapidly.
so i disabled the job for now.
will it effect the...

It is not happening daily basis.. once in a quater or so I faced the problem..
All the time I can not restart the server,,, right.

I know one job is using tempdb.
but tempdb is not releasing the space where as 4 Gb of space is not used.
I am using SQL 2005. also running replication....

usually it is around 2 GB. we don't have space in SAN drive to add.

But I have 100's of tables in each Databases. Given way is too difficult to find those data.
Anybody has a better way to do this.

tempdb
Log size in MB: 4523.992
Log space used (%): 3.018456
I know It is not hues ,, But it was usually around...
