Looks like issue is resolved following are the settings I did on server and its working fine. I could remote to server without any issues. Only downside...

I have not enabled the AWE, Just configured 'Max server memory' to 24 GB. I am curious to see the outcome tomorrow.

You are right.. even when the server stops responding I can still run SQL scripts of any complexity and they do run. No idea why ETL jobs don't work,...
