In the Fact Table, I didnt define the Foreign Keys with the necessary Dimension tables, due to which SS  gave neither the Fact nor...

After running data viewer , I found that there was no error in data.

In the Lookup error configure properties, I selected  "Ignore Failure" and now it works like a charm...

I am not using any statement for the Lookup.
