One thing I have found is adding 'sa' to an account could be added by accident.... added to an account with the thought of it being temporary for an application upgrade...

Do you know if this is just for an upgrade in place to SQL Server 2016 or all SQL Server 2016 installs?

I was just informed Friday that we have a requirement for our first AWS SQL Server... already have one in Azure...

For any SQL Server upgrade I rebuild indexes when I migrate up to a new version. It seems like that it isn't as important as it used to be.....
