How are you copying files using the agent? a cmd exec script to basically copy files?

All options are still greyed out. except refresh, new window from here and help.

is there any table that I can query? I dont have access to the box sql server is running on.

I had the dts package already in the sql server. after restore i dont see anything.

well how do I get my dts packages back. I was able to restore the msdb but dont see anything in data transformation services. thanks

unfortunately this doesnt give me enough info to troubleshoot the issue.

I had a couple of jobs which were not deleted. Post their deletion everything went fine.

try running it under the same user as sqlserveragent.

Right click on the job and check the job history for any error.

I have resolved the issue above. It had to do with permission to the folder.
