Yes we need same master db on the server. Fresh installation doesn't work in such scenario.

E drive is not there. May be its changed. How to resolve? Renaming the drive wont' work i guess.

As stated earlier there is no scope of adding a new drive. Currently 15 GB space is free on disk. I dont think it isn't enough for overhead to perform...

Adding a new drive and then attach\detach is fine. But what if no new drive is added.

Adding a new drive is not reasonable in DEV box coz of shrinking not happening properly.
