i have sql server 2008,but service are not there

i tried .\sqlexpress also ,getting same error

it has been installed successfully,but i m not able to connect

i tried to connect localhost\sqlserver,it gives me same error

i am getting this error:

Cannot connect to localhost.

Nothing is there,it just blank
