I can suggest 2 things:

1) Look at "ExecutionLog" table in "ReportServer" database

2) Include BCC email to another email address when you setup subscription in SSRS.

Look at rsreportserver.config file for "SecureConnectionLevel" setting. You may try to set it 0. For more info see section "SSL Configuration After Install" at http://www.informit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=357694&seqNum=4

Thank you for suggestion. I looked at configuration file (rsreportserver.config) and in Email configuration section I see email address that I use for Data-Driven subscriptions. I don't see any connection...

You can see if Data-Driven subscription was successful by viewing Job Activity, Job History, SQL Server & Windows Logs.
