Hmm, thats odd. I've had no issues, just stating how to address that issue which a clustering engineer from microsoft recommened to do.

Windows Server 2008, just go into your network adapter > properties > you will get an Up / down arrow move them that way, alot easier then messing with registry...

You want to enable the default Biztalk Agent Jobs.
It will loop through and handle all Databases related to biztalk, you will need to go into each step of the agent...

Could you please post the log
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log
and the Detail_LandingPage from the folder in the directory, this will give a bit more information

I feel your pain =/, I've already gone through different scenario's with clustering 08... Best option so far is a fresh OS install, everything else has always caused different errors...

I know this is a bit late, have you tried to patch the sql server 2008 RTM with sp1 w/update 2... I have a simliar issue with applying sp1 on...

I don't know if your still getting an error or not but i had almost the same issue, i ran the repair shared features then reapplied sp1 and it worked...

Make sure your DTA Purge and Archive sql job is configured correctly and running.
It could be a number of things...

If you're not able to do it via SSMS you could always just go through the msdb
Select *
FROM
sysmaintplan_subplans AS subplans
...

Could you tell me about the system your doing the install on? Is it a server or desktop? 32bit or 64?
