Thanks for your fast reply.
That's the thing. I've tried to use/include: CONVERT (time, GETDATE()) and such, but SQL reports back that " 'time' is not a valid datatype."

I have implemented a new maintenance plan using the SQL maintenance plan wizard using your recommendations. I am no longer shrinking the database daily.
