Thanx, but it doesnt work unfortunately. When I rightclick 'Show All' in the Toolbox I see all the checked components but they are grey. Also I find the dll files...

Thanx guys, that was helpful. Turns out it has to be mainly about resources en the contention between SSIS and SQL Server. So I am going to focus on that.
