Sorry, Forgot to Mention the Edition - My server edition is SQL Server 2012 - Standard edition.
I have 5 Databases. I don't know on which DB to run DBCC checkDB....

Yes, E drive is present. I can't see database files, either by Properties or by sys.filegroupgs(I get the above mentioned error - second error)

As already mentioned the data is huge, select or update is taking long time.
