Hi,
U can use XP_CMDSHELL and del those files (define a schedule job)before next backup job run , but be careful about using this extended stored procedure.

Hi,
I think that there is some consistency error in Master & MSDB dbs . To perform these check u can execute DBCC CHECKDB , DBCC CHECKALLOC , DBCC CHECKCATALOG commands....
