Do ur developer change the views,tables,procs etcwithout nowing u...
....if no then there is a tool called vss in which u can compare each and every it will show u what...

if u r going for SAN there might b some error comes like ur database might go in suspect mode, plz check ur drives .... and restart ur sql...
