Apparently I was wrong, that cummulative update does not fix the issue as it said it would. Back to square 1 with MS again.

There is a cumulative patch that can be requested through a support call.

I would guess that doing the "Save As" to 2010 would put the file somewhere the users can't see or touch. It would be a snapshot in time that...

Do you know if that distributable works with Access DBs that are 2002 / 2003?
