You can achieve this easily by using the RANK() or ROW_NUMBER () with a grouping on OrderID.

I am assuming that you are looking for db_ssisadmin. Of what I can tell over the top of my head, 2008 should use the db_ssisadmin whereas 2005 should use db_dtsadmin....
