you wont able to restore the master to new data center directly. you can transfer the logins and script out theSQL agent job and move to new server.

There is no way to uninstall a Service Pack. you can uninstall cumulative packs or hot fixes but you wont uninstall service packs.

You can do it by setup media either you can browse in add remove program and select change then add the features that you want.

yes you can change the restoration mode from norecovery to standby but while restoring the subsequent log file you have mention the option of standby.
