you wont able to restore the master to new data center directly. you can transfer the logins and script out theSQL agent job and move to new server.

There is no way to uninstall a Service Pack. you can uninstall cumulative packs or hot fixes but you wont uninstall service packs.

it seems error is with device activation .please post the full error message.

run dbcc checkdb on that database and see what all errors are coming?

what error you are getting? while executing above scripts.

yes you can change the restoration mode from norecovery to standby but while restoring the subsequent log file you have mention the option of standby.
