you have create seperate ssis package to call .bat in that domain.

and then call this.bat package in main package using sql account.

by doing this the first time data flow task is not working , it needs default filename for validation.

There are total 450k rows in a table, it contains 2 yrs data.

I want to keep only 6 months data main table and rest I want to insert to archieve...

and which is fastest method for transfering same data to other table instead of deleting it?

inserting is taking lot of time.

Table will contain data for a year (2008 and 2009) (400K+ rows)

So 3 months back date is - 10/04/2008.
