Yup mapping is good..datatypes are good..checked the data in data viewer and see data for other columns but not for this column 🙁

so I think the bottom line is..if I am using datetime data type, to show the values in mm-dd-yyyy I have to convert it into varchar..right?

But in the advance editor of the Excel source adapter I have mentioned Unicode String as the data type for this field..so don't think that can be a problem

I have found the answer..There is an option of FORMAT CODE in the chart properties -> Data -> Values -> Point labels -> Format code..just enter the format there..
e.g. for...

yes..that was oracle code..I have edited it..basic table creation script remains same..so posted here..I dont like oracle
