We use one internally at work to great advantage, but the rules on posting to wikipedia make it unpractical.

I'm not sure why the sharing of these tools isn't mentioned in every article about them.

Glen Berry's are a good example of what would be great on a wiki:

I always wish they would publish the previous survey and the actual results as well as the current one.

Excel is a very handy modeler, allowing business people to develop the reports they want to see, and then handing the internals over to a developer.
