After help from another forum post the resolution to this is to run the snapshot job directly manually.

What is broken here is the link between the Snapshot Agent popup screen...

You might have a US/UK date issue.

Try this to prove it...

INSERT INTO OutOfOfficeData ( [PersonID], [StartDate], [EndDate], [Description], [OutType] )

VALUES (244, '26 Jan 2012 00:00:00', '27 Jan 2012 00:00:00',...
