So the SQL Server Service account (Not the SQL Agent account) need to have permissions to go to:

\\Servername\backups\....

And to have restore permisisons...

They have finally agreed in sharing. So now its:

\\Servername\Backups\dwhCore\dwhCore_FULL_201711050200.bak
