aw, geeze - i was supposed to deploy the SubReports, too!
i have a long way to go...
after i deployed the SR's the entire report ran. sorry to waste your time...

i'm having the same exact problem! runs fine in BIDS (3 subreports) but after deploy all 3 subreports come up as errors.

i did what you recommended... - I also went into the Props of the SP & added "reportexecution" to the list of execution users for the sp. still the same...

my feeling is that i'm missing one "simple" piece.
i opened SQL Serv. Mgmt Studio
drilled down to Security/Logins to ReportExecution.
right-clicked & opened properties.
re-input the password to double check that...
