But you should use a unique key for each user input like:
UID ID Fieldname Fieldvalue
1 1 Name John

Hi,
use a Foreach-Container and select the "Foreach File Enumerator".
With that you are able to loop through the folder and map the diffrent files as filesource (via expression)

Hi,
it has maybe to do with access rights (Share level and file level).
Have you checked that the SQL user account has sufficent rights?
