Check to make sure where your system databases got installed. If the system files are located in different directory, you have to move them where the errorlog or event logs...

Yes, I ran CHECKDB with the REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS option explicitly. It didn't fix the problem. I am still getting the same errors. I don't know what else I can go with....
