Creating an index like the following reduces the time somewhat (on my PC, went down to 12 seconds from 19 seconds), but the performance is still bad.

Nice query!! But the server start time is not coming out correct as you are subtracting all the days, and then all the hours and all the minutes. Just subtracting...
