is the Oracle Client 64bit or 32bit? can you ping the oracle host successfully from the server?. Have you specified tnsnames.ora path in system environment variables?.

no tool to convert to excel...we can convert .trc file into SQL Table..and may be you can copy the table to excel..

I was able to uninstall SSRS from command prompt.
"setup.exe /ACTION=uninstall /FEATURES=RS /INSTANCENAME=MSSQLSERVER"

Microsoft recommends that you put MS DTC in its own group with its own physical disk resource, if it is possible.

I have recently installed oracle client 11.2 on our windows cluster.Install oracle client on C: Drive and repeat the same in other node too.You may have to add a path...

Take Offiline/Bring Online....this will restart the services with out any failover.
