Well the problem is reolved by re-creating and deploying the Package agin,

and exactly same way package is created......weird :@ isnt it...

AS per my understanding you want table1 exact copy of table 2.

Why dnt you use this simple approach.

Delete from table1 ---------------if there is not integrity constarint voilation

This is true you can have only one table with identity_insert ON at any single time.

You may insert you data through scripts by explcity giving idnetity_insert On command like.

set identity_insert table_name...

Ya SSIS are installed and i can design packages through BI,

well my sql 2000 instance name is "UUMAR" and 2005 instance name is "UUMAR\RASHID2005"

when i try to connect thorough SSMS...

well i got the solution, after disableing firewall i manage to create DSN with sql 2005 named instance from remote computer
