You will find that option on the Properties of the Services.

Under 'General' properties you can set 'Start UpType' to 'Automatic'....

But I found a software 'BelArc' which we can use to get all the details including the no.of...

Even we do have clients getting the same error message...

Users are able to login without any issue.. i notice slowness @server

Most of the cases it might be permission issue. Even mine hte same and got resolved after that.

We do have the same issue .... even it persists still....

1. We used to backup of the DB's without enabling Full text catalogs service in our server.

2. From past...

As I mentioned above I have checked the current activities and didn't find any processes using that file.Even Task manager also didn't help.

I'm not able to backup manually also.

Can't restart as its a production server.
