Did anyone solve this issue ???
I am going through the same issue... And really stuck...
Have tried everything as per kb..
Using Sql Server 2005 on Windows Server 2003 Service Pack...

Since we are using sql server 2005 we forgot to enable TRUSTWORTHY bit
ALTER DATABASE [DB_NAME] SET TRUSTWORTHY ON
u can check this blog w.r.t TRUSTWORTHY
