1) Move the historical data from
Production..TABLE_A -> Move Historical Data to -> Historical..TABLE_A_HISTORY
2) Then establish Replication
Production..TABLE_A -> Replicate -> Historical..TABLE_A_PROD

Thanks Roy. Good Point. We have SQL Server 2005 64 Bit Standard so Partitioning is not an option right now.
