    Have you resolved this issue ? I am experiencing a similar situation with french characters

    SQL Server 2005

    SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS (DB Collation)

    SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS (Column Collation, NVARCHAR(40) )

    same BCP Error with different values sometimes...

    RS2k SP1
