There could be many reasons why the job hangs....

what your query is doing?

did you check

> execution plan for the query?

> is it takes dynamic parameters? like datefrom dateto?

If you mean changing into corresponding destination connectionstrings from available servernames (csvfiles) you can change the connection strings in script task itself right?

Check the account credentials you used for deploying the package, this might not have the permissions to execute the package

Try changing the transfer in binary mode. and use passive mode (enables the FTP task to selects the data ports). BOL
