You need to specify it in the command line for example:
setup.exe /INSTANCESHAREDDIR="D:\Micosoft SQL Server" .....
It looks like you are trying to install 32 bit version of SQL Server on 64bit...

I wouldn't mess with the in place upgrade if I were you...
I know its better to go for side-by-side upgrade method. But our servers are only 1 year old. So...

see that you are rebuilding when > 30% fragmented and reorganizing < 30% - but are you limiting that to only tables with more than 1000 pages?

For tempDb, we do not need to allocate large size for Data file (mdf) but need to allocate large size for Log file (ldf) right?
Because for us, the tempDB...
