Why do I see these two files at the first place?
Mssqlsystemresource1.ldf
Mysqlsystemresource1.mdf
There are other instance on this server where SP4 installation was successful and I only see below two files...

This is Windows server 2003.
I also right click on installation file and chose "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" and it still fails.
