From my exprience, the .rdls are built in the VS2005/BI (if running SQLServer 2005) and then from there deployed to the Report Server (http://servername/reports) where you access them...

Yes, they use the same data source, with different datasets.

At the moment it is just their Active Directory creds for the network, I belive, our network admin has set up all that. I just control the Report Server.

The end user will access the Reporting Server with preset premissions. From their folder/report group/home page they will pick "Report A", it opens and then they pick form each parameter...
