After enabling FileStream (check all 3 options) in SQL Server configuration Manager, run the following command & restart SQL service (mandatory)
EXEC sp_configure filestream_access_level, 2
RECONFIGURE
GO
*This should get you past the Filestream...

I have decided to have Cumulative 9 applied and if that does not fix it ...next step would be escalating it to Microsoft.

Looks like Repair allowing data loss is the best option in my scenario, since it is a replicated DB anyway.
Record losses should be taken care of once replication completes.
