I killed the process and I am going to schedule a failover of the Cluster so I can stop and restart SQL Server Instance. Thank you for the Help!!!

looks like I have a long running process.. dbcc check database from sa against the database that is having a problem. !! not sure how long this has been running. ...

The table does have a unique index and it is based on column Vantive_ID and does not allow duplicates....

So far I can see that tblMACD has a unique index called idx_tblmacd_1 based on column Vantive_ID that tblMACDBilling does not have

Thanks much. So I'll go ahead and make a copy of my table for safe-keeping and then use ALTER TABLE and DROP COLUMN
